Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
- Item(s) eligible for return must be in Original Condition, Unwashed, Unworn {Please be mindful of strong smells, smoke, deodorant, and makeup when trying on gowns, as these can make your item ineligible for return or exchange and will be returned to you} and in original packing.
- We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Items bought in the clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If exchange is accepted, buyer pays for the shipping exchange fee.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
